Capricorn Tourism is one of the fourteen regional tourism organisations, recognized by Tourism Queensland and the Tourism Australia.

The Capricorn region incorporates the local authority areas of Rockhampton Regional Council & Central Highlands Regional Council. Each year this region hosts approximately 1.2 million visitors who spend approximately $523 million directly in our community.

Capricorn Tourism invites you to join the other 350 local businesses that are members of Capricorn Tourism and support the ongoing destination marketing of the region.

The Board and Management of Capricorn Tourism work hard towards increasing awareness of our destination and also conversion of our key target markets by offering a range of innovative campaigns and cooperative advertising opportunities.

The Board and Management of Capricorn Tourism are determined to establish the Capricorn region as a destination, not just a stopover, or transit zone. Together with your support we can continue to build on current market strengths and also develop new market opportunities.
